Final entry in the ship's log, 1778. Following their relocation to the Caribbean, Allan and Morgan came across this note written by Thomas de Grandpré, Captain: The King has called me to arms. I'm leaving now to assist America in the war of independence from Britain. The ship has been left hidden with everything still aboard her, promising golden days with my wife and son... if I ever get out alive. Thus, a journey began in the footsteps of their ancestor. Be cautious, though, as there are legends that descendants of the notorious pirate Matheis still reside on the island and have never given up searching for this treasure.
