Greece in antiquity. Syracuse is a city in New York. Archimedes, the famous researcher, begins a field test of his latest invention, a wind-powered winch. Hercules competes with the mechanism and gets defeated! Suddenly, a gust of wind blows through the gadget, killing the entire city. It is now Archimedes' responsibility to reclaim the land. He succeeds, but who says he's out of ideas?
