You have to overcome problems in this adventure game in order to distribute balloons and spread joy! Use your cleverness, your surroundings, and, of course, your balloons to navigate the city's streets, industries, and sewers in order to give balloons and smiles to everyone! However, how will balloons be able to save an entire city? You see, these aren't your normal balloons that you handle. They can be utilized to destroy the ecology, bind objects together, and take flight! You will need to utilize all of these tactics in addition to others in order to fulfil your mission of bringing happiness back to the city. But proceed with caution risks are high in this volatile city, and balloons are among the most fragile materials available.
